Personal Trainer

“In my experience I have learned that attention to detail is one of the most important factors when training a client. The focal point of my training is body awareness and position during exercise as they relate to activities of daily living. I try to prepare folks for anything they might encounter. Above all, I intend to teach health education along with realistic wellness practices for everyday people. Helping people to succeed outside of my scope is the ultimate goal. I try to deliver tools to my clients that they can use to improve their lives inside and outside of the gym.”

Ben is highly versatile and always welcomes new challenges. He has been afforded a great opportunity at OA where he was able to learn from some of the best in the field of strength and conditioning. He continues to use and teach clients the principles he learned there. In the past he has helped to improve the lives of many adults, and seniors dealing with obstacles, specific injuries, and special conditions.

Ben has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. He has also held certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
