The studio at Evolution Fitness is a clean, comfortable and welcoming space to exercise — a modern workout space that boasts a wide variety of non-traditional training tools to improve function.  Most of our training uses Fit balls, kettle bells, TRX, ropes, Bosu, medicine balls and some free weight work.  Manipulation of this type of equipment allows our trainers to accomplish functional training that more closely duplicates natural movement and allows for the strengthening of the stabilizer muscles and for the enhancement of balance.

LOCATION

The studio is located along Middle Street in the Old Port area of Portland, Maine.  This central location offers convenience with plenty of on and off street parking and is walking distance to the downtown business and arts districts. For the convenience of our clients, the studio has full service locker room amenities.

HOURS

On-on-one training is by appointment only, while all group fitness classes are scheduled throughout every month.  Please call for an appointment or to learn more about group fitness classes currently offered.

FEES

There is no membership fee.  Fees for training programs vary and depend on the trainer and the level of client commitment. The time spent at the studio is working one-on-one with a trainer, partner training (with a friend or family member) or participation in group classes.
